dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na řešení problematiky strategie rozvoje firmy poskytující úzce specializované služby v oboru zpracování kodifikačních dat podle standardů NATO. Specifikuje předmět podnikání firmy, podrobně analyzuje platné legislativní podmínky pro podnikatelskou činnost v jednotlivých zájmových teritoriích, technickou vybavenost, personální a odbornou připravenost a celkové možnosti firmy k zajištění svého dalšího rozvoje. Obsahuje podrobný soubor opatření doporučovaných k zajištění rozvoje firmy v krátkodobém a střednědobém časovém horizontu, včetně návrhů na jejich postupnou realizaci.
