dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem zdokonalení systému jazykové přípravy v Armádě České republiky. V úvodní teoretické části je upozorněno na problém jazykové vybavenosti ve společnosti a s tím související skutečný stav jazykové přípravy, možnosti rozvoje vzdělanosti a evropská spolupráce ve vzdělání. V analytické části je krátce charakterizována Armáda České republiky, vývoj jazykové připravenosti do roku 1989 a po něm až do současnosti. Klíčovým prvkem této části je odhalení oblastí možného zlepšení v stávajícím systému jazykové přípravy. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na projektovou část. V ní jsou zdůvodňovány potřeby projektu a cíl projektu. Je zde popsán i konkrétní obsah projektu. Významný je postup při realizaci projektu a možná rizika, která jsou s ním spojena.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is dealing with improving the system of language disposition in the Army of the Czech republic. There is paid attention to the problem of the language facilities of our society in the theory and together with it to the real state of the language disposition. I also mentioned there the possibilities of the developing the learnig and European cooperation in the education. There are basic information about the Army of the Czech republic in practical part, together with the devolepment of the language readiness by the year 1989 and after that untill present. The basic element of this part is detection of the fields of possible improvement in current system of the language disposition. Special emphasis is put on the project part. There are given reasons for the needs of this project and its target. There is also described the content of the project. Significant is the progress during the realization of the project and possible risks, which are connected with it.
