Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám využitím sladkovodních a mořských řas v lidské výživě. Mým cílem bylo zpracovat literární rešerži o těchto nižších rostlinách. Práce je rozčleněna do pěti kapitol, ve kterých je popsána jejich stavba, výskyt, chemické složení, kultivace a produkty. Dále jsou nastíněny výhody využívání mořských a sladkovodních řas v potravinářském průmyslu a také jejich příznivý účinek na lidské zdraví. |

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the use of freshalgaes and seaweeds in a human nutrition. My task was to compile literature retrieval about these lower plants. The thesis is divided into five chpters in whitch are described their fabric, appearance, chemical composition, cultivation and products. In this work are described advantages of the use of seaweeds and freshalgae in a food-processing industry and their positive effect on human health. |
