dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení finanční situace městyse Pozlovice v letech 2012-2014. Cílem je zhodnotit hospodaření městyse ve sledovaném období a navrhnout případné změny, které povedou ke zlepšení hospodaření v budoucnu. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy, jako jsou - obec, působnost obcí, orgány obce, rozpočet, majetková a finanční struktura obce a finanční analýza. V praktické části je charakterizován městys Pozlovice. Dále je přiblížen rozpočet obce a provedena finanční analýza vybraných ukazatelů. Na závěr je zhodnoceno hospodaření městyse Pozlovice a jsou navrženy návrhy ke zlepšení situace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the assessment of the financial situation of the municipality Pozlovice in years 2012-2014. The objective is to evaluate the financial management of the municipality in the period under review and propose any changes that will improve the economy in the future. The theoretical part explains concepts such as, municipality, municipal jurisdiction, municipal authorities, municipal budget, property and financial structure of the municipality and financial analysis. In the practical part is characterized by municipality Pozlovice. Furthermore zoomed municipal budget and financial analysis of selected indicators. Finally, it assesses management municipality Pozlovice and proposals are designed to improve the situation.
