dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této diplomové práce je projekt konkursního řízení v reálném podniku. První část je zaměřena na popis současného a nového zákona, včetně analýzy obsahu. V praktic-ká části se pak věnuji samotnému projektu ekonomické analýzy a návrhu konkursního říze-ní v konkrétním podniku. Poslední část sumarizuje poznatky první a druhé části a formulu-je závěr mojí práce.	cs
