dc.description.abstract	Má bakalářská práce nese název "Analýza rizik vzniku mimořádné události v obci Březová" a jejím cílem je analyzovat a vyhodnotit vznik mimořádných událostí v obci Březová. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsem popisovala základní pojmy a legislativu týkající se oblasti krizového řízení a analýzy rizik, dále jsem uvedla charakteristiku mimořádných událostí a v neposlední řadě jsem se zaměřila na základní pojmy z oblasti povodní. Ve druhé kapitole jsem popsala jednotlivé metody analýzy rizik. V praktické části jsem nejprve charakterizovala samotnou obec a následně analyzovala možné rizika vzniku mimořádných událostí. V další části jsem se zabývala charakteristikou povodňového plánu obce, na který jsem zpracovala SWOT analýzu. Významnou roli v praktické části představuje zpracování a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na zjištění povědomí obyvatel obce o mimořádných událostech. Na závěr jsem navrhla opatření na řešení, z hlediska účinné ochrany obyvatelstva a jejich majetku, před možnými mimořádnými událostmi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor tesis is called "The Analysis of Risks of a Potential Crisis Situation in the Village of Březová". Its goal is to analyze and evaluate the formation of an exceptional event in the village of Březová. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I described the basic terms and legislature connected with the field of the emergency management and the analyses of the danger. Furthermore, I presented the characteristics of exceptional events and, last but not least, I focused on the basic terms from the field of floods. In the second part, I described methods of risk analysis. In the partical part, firstly, I characterized the village itself and then I analyzed the possible danger of the formation of the exceptional events. In the following part, I dealt with the characteristics of the flood plan of the village for which I made the SWOT analyses. The processing and the evaluation of the survey play an important role in the thesis. The questionnaire was focuses on the knowledge of the village population of exceptional events. Finnaly, I suggested the solution from the point of view of the effective protection of the inhabitants and their possesion from the possible exceptional events.
