Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První částí je teoretická a druhá praktická část. Teoretická část práce obsahuje objasnění krizového managementu, současnost krizového managementu, proces krize, typy krizí, příčiny krizí, kdo je to manažer, jeho role a dovednosti a dále charakteristiku použitých metod analýzy rizik. Praktická část charakterizuje podnik Cheport spol. s r.o., jakou má organizační strukturu, dále obsahuje vyhodnocení interview s majiteli a manažerem podniku, SWOT analýzu podniku, popisuje případnou krizovou situaci cash flow v podniku a posledním bodem je vypracování rizikové analýzy pro podnik. |

The bachelor´s thesis consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical and the second part is practical. The theoretical part contains clarification of crisis management, the present of the crisis management, proces of crisis, types of crisis, the causes of the crisis, who is man-ager, his role and skills and further characterization of methods used for analysis of risk. The practical part describes the company Cheport spol., Ltd., its organization structure, it includes appraisal of the interviews with owners and manager of the company, SWOT analysis of the company, it describes crisis situation of cash flow in the company and the last part is project of the risk analysis for company. |
