Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává finanční analýzu společnosti XY, a.s. za období 2010-2013. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je vysvětlena podstata finanční analýzy, zdroje informací pro finanční analýzu a také její ukazatelé. Praktická část se skládá z představení společnosti a následně z vypracování samotné finanční analýzy společnosti, která je zpracována na základě metod popsaných v teoretické části. Na závěr práce jsou navrhnuta opatření pro zlepšení finanční situace společnosti XY, a.s. a jsou provedena následná závěrečná doporučení. |

This bachelor thesis handles financial analysis of the company XY, a.s. from 2010 to 2013. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part explains substance of financial analysis, sources of information for financial analysis and its indicators. The practical part consists of the presentation of the company and then develop a financial analysis of the company, which is compiled based on methods described in the theoretical part. In conclusion the measures are suggested to improve the financial situation of the company XY, a.s. and are subsequently made final recommen-dations. |
