dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se věnuje analýze rizik a mapováni rizik ve městě Uherský Brod. Popisuje dosud publikované metodiky věnující se mapování rizik. Analýza rizik je provedena na základě identifikací hrozeb pocházejících z mimořádných událostí, které se staly na území Uherského Brodu. Analýzy rizik budou provedeny metodou KARS a softwarovým nástrojem RISKAN. Následné zpracování výsledky analýz do GIS zobrazení. Výsledným hodnocením bude závěrečná zpráva o zdaření analýzy rizik a mapování rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with risk analysis and risk mapping of the city Uhersky Brod. It describes the up to date published methods of risk mapping. The risk analysis is carried out on the basis of the threat indentification coming from emergency events which happened in Uhersky Brod. The risk analyses are going to be performed by the KARS method and the software tool RISKAN. Consequently results processing of the analyses into GIS representation. The final evaluation is going to be the final report of the sucessfull risk analysis and risk mapping.
