dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. V úvodu jsou přiblíženy základní aspekty a obecné zásady v oblasti bezpečnosti práce, je pojednáno o platné legislativě v České republice a Evropské unii. Praktická část se soustředí na tvorbu systému řízení BOZP formou organizační směrnice pro potřeby průmyslového podniku Slezák RAV.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis id focused on the issue of health and safety at work. In the introduction, are described the basic aspects and general principles of occupational safety. There were discussed about existing legislation in the Czech Republic and European Union. The practical part is focused on the creation of OSH management system in the form of organizational guidelines for the needs of Slezák RAV industrial enterprise.
