Cílem diplomové práce je vystihnout a analyzovat problematiku spojenou s instalováním a provozováním kamerových systémů, jako nástroje pro zabezpečení veřejných prostranství v malých obcích, které nedisponují obecní policí. Teoretická část práce definuje pojem "veřejné prostranství", charakterizuje a popisuje možnosti provozování kamerových sys-témů, rozebírá míru zpracování osobních údajů prostřednictvím kamerových systémů a uvádí právní ustanovení, která s danou problematikou souvisí. Praktická část práce je vy-pracovaná tak, aby sloužila jako případný podklad pro menší obce, které zvažují zavedení kamerového systému, a uvádí názorný příklad na Městě Vizovice. Dále pak analyzuje situ-aci v obci Všemina a navrhuje možnost zabezpečení veřejných prostranství v této obci. |

The main goal of the dissertation is to express and to describe the issues associated with installing and running surveillance systems as tool for ensuring the safety of public spaces in small villages, which do not have the municipal police. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the term "public space", characterizes and describes the options for running the surveillance systems, discusses the rate of personal data processing via CCTV and presents the legal provisions related to this topic. The practical part of the thesis is worked out in the way to serve, as possible instructions for a small villages, which are considering the instal-lation of CCTV and it is showing a practical example. Thereafter it analysis the situation in Všemina and it is suggesting the possibilities for ensuring the safety of public spaces. |
