dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce řeší problematiku přípravy vybraných složek ochrany obyvatelstva a krizového řízení na mimořádné události. Konkrétněji se zaměřuje na zvolenou typovou činnost a tu dále zpracovává. Zabývá se vytvořením a zpracováním scénáře řešení typové činnosti zvolené krizové situace a implementací tohoto scénáře do softwarového nástroje Practis. Tato typová činnost byla vybrána s ohledem na aktuálnost a vhodnost použití při výuce dané problematiky na Fakultě logistiky a krizového řízení Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Závěrečná kapitola hodnotí a analyzuje možnost použití nástroje Practis pro používání při tvorbě scénářů typových činností. Součástí je i definování základních pojmů a seznámení s obecnými metodami možnosti tvorby scénářů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis solves the problem of selected services of population protection and crisis management for incidents. It focuses on type activity and elaborates it. It deals with conceiving and elaborating of the scenario of the type activity solution of the selected crisis situation and implementation of this scenario into software tool Practis. This type activity was selected with respect to topicality and suitability of its application in teaching of the issue at the Faculty of logistics and crisis management of Tomas Bata University in Zlin. The final chapter evaluates and analyzes the possibility of implementation of the Practis tool for usage in conceiving of the type activities scenarios. The thesis includes the definitions of the basic concepts and introduction into general methods of the possible conceiving of the scenarios.
