dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je řešena jako projekt zvýšení výkonnosti podniku pomocí metod a postupů benchmarkingu ve společnosti XY, a. s. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, části teoretické a části praktické. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše zaměřena na problematiku výkonnosti podniku a benchmarkingu podle dostupných literárních zdrojů. Praktická část je rozdělena na analytickou část, ve které je provedena analýza současného stavu společnosti a jeho vyhodnocení, a část projektovou, která se zabývá samotnou implementací benchmarkingu. V závěrečné kapitole jsou popsána opatření potřebná pro zvyšování výkonnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is solved as a project of the company XY, a. s. performance increase by the using benchmarking methods and processes. This project is divided into two parts, theore-tical part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the literature review focused on the issues of the company performance and benchmarking according the available sources. The practical part is divided into an analytical part, in which is the analysis of the current situation of the company which reflects on the overall company evaluation. The second part is the project part which is trying to recognise the implementation of benchmarking. In the conclusion is described what is needed to improve company XY, a. s performance.
