Témou diplomovej práce je problematika konfekčnej lepivosti pri výrobe pneumatík v spo-ločnosti Continental Barum, s.r.o. V teoretickej časti je stručne popísaná skladba, techno-lógia výroby a následné spracovanie gumárenských zmesí. Taktiež zhŕňa základné poznatky v oblasti konfekčnej lepivosti a o faktoroch, ktoré na ňu vplývajú. Na záver uvádza prehľad metodík používaných pre meranie konfekčnej lepivosti a viskozity Mooney. V praktickej časti je najskôr pomocou MSA analýzy zvolená najspoľahlivejšia metóda merania konfekčnej lepivosti a následne je s využitím vybranej metódy skúmaný vplyv faktoru času (odležanosti), vlhkosti, teploty a technológie na konfekčnú lepivosť. Výsledky spolu s odporučeniami pre prípadné pokračovanie výskumu sú uvedené v záverečnej dis-kusii. |

The subject of my diploma thesis is tire building tackiness issue in company Continental Barum, s.r.o. Theoretical part briefly describes the composition, production technology and processing of rubber compounds. It also summarizes basic knowledge of tire building tac-kiness and factors which have impact on it. Finally it provides an overview of methods, which are used for measuring of tire building tackiness and Mooney viscosity. At the beginning of experimental part there is with using of MSA analysis chosen the most reliable method for measuring of tire building tackiness, which is used in following analysis of time (cellaring), humidity, temperature and technology influence to the tire building tackiness. The results and recommendations for eventual ongoing research and develop-ment are presented in the final discussion. |
