dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá financováním investičního záměru firmy ABC prostřednictvím cizích zdrojů. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je charakterizována investice, metody v hodnocení investičního projektu a peněžní toky plynoucí z investice. Dále teoretická část popisuje zdroje financování podniku především se zaměřením na leasing a bankovní úvěr. Praktická část hodnotí finanční zdraví podniku ABC pomocí finanční analýzy. Následuje představení investičního záměru a zhodnocení nabídek financování investičního záměru na českém bankovním a leasingovém trhu. Diplomová práce je zakončena výběrem nejvýhodnějšího řešení analyzovaných variant financování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the financing of the investment plan of the company ABC from external sources. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part characterises the investment, methods in the evaluation of the investment and cash flows of the investment. Furthermore the theoretical part describes financial resources, primarily focusing on leasing and bank loans. The practical part assesses financial health of the company ABC by means of financial analysis. The following point is a presentation of the investment plan and an evaluation of offers of funding investment projects in the Czech banking and leasing market. The thesis is concluded by selecting the most suitable solution of financing options analysed.
