dc.description.abstract	Téma diplomové práce je Projekt rozšíření vinařství XY a zhodnocení jeho ekonomické efektivnosti a udržitelnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí na teoretickou a praktickou. Praktická část je dále rozdělena na analytickou a projektovou. Teoretická část je zaměřena nejdříve obecně na vinařství, dále na projekt, jeho identifikaci a plánování. Je zde také vymezeno finanční zhodnocení projektu a nechybí ani celkové shrnutí teoretické části. Analytická část obsahuje popis a analýzu současného stavu vinařství XY, objasnění důvodů zájmu o rozšíření, průzkum trhu v oblasti vinařství a zhodnocení výsledků provedených analýz. V projektové části je vypracován projekt rozšíření vinařství XY a je zhodnocena jeho ekonomická efektivnost a udržitelnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main topic of the thesis is the Project regarding the expansion of the XY winery and the evaluation of its economic efficiency and sustainability. The Thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is further divided into analytical and project part. The theoretical part is generally focused on the winery, as well as on the pro-ject, its identification and planning. Also there is defined a financial evaluation of the pro-ject and there is a summary of the theoretical part. Analytical part contains a description and analysis of the current state of XY winery, explanation of the reasons for expansion, market research in the field of wineries and evaluation of the results of the analysis. In the project part the project for expansion of XY winery is developed and its economic effi-ciency and sustainability is assessed.
