Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem inovace marketingové komunikace Buddy Systemu Zlín s cílem zlepšení jeho image. Cílem práce je tedy vytvoření projektu inovace jednotlivých nástrojů marketingové komunikace této studentské organizace, který povede ke zlepšení její celkové image. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši odborné literatury, zaměřené na marketingovou komunikaci, specifika marketingu v neziskovém sektoru, image a dobré jméno organizace. Praktická část pak obsahuje analýzu současného stavu marketingové komunikace Buddy Systemu Zlín, zhodnocení vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí organizace. Výsledkem diplomové práce je zpracování projektu inovace marketingové komunikace Buddy Systemu Zlín, který je nástrojem ke zlepšení image této studentské organizace. Projekt je podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze. |

This thesis deals with innovation of marketing communications for Buddy System Zlín with image improvement purpose topic. The main objective of the thesis is to create a project of innovation of single marketing communications tools for the students' organization what will lead onwards to its general image improvement. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes the specialized literature research which is focused on marketing communications, specifics of marketing in non-profit sector, image and organization reputation. Practical part contains analysis of the current state of Buddy System Zlín marketing communications, evaluation of internal and external factors of organization. Diploma thesis resulted to the project of Buddy System Zlín marketing communications innovation which is a tool to students' organization image improvement. The project is submitted to the costs, time and risk analysis. |
