Témou diplomovej práce je zefektívnenie činnosti vybraného pracoviska spoločnosti XY s.r.o. Teoretická časť popisuje teoreticky metódy a postupy, ktoré je potrebné poznať pre lepšie pochopenie problematiky, popísané metódy a analýzy, ktoré sú potrebné pre zanalyzovanie súčasného stavu v spoločnosti. V praktickej časti budú prevedené všetky teoretické oblasti do praxe. Prevedie sa analýza súčasného stavu na pracovisku a následne sa zrealizuje projekt, v ktorom sa implementujú spomínané metódy a postupy. Cieľom projektu je zvýšenie celkovej efektivity pracoviska. |

The topic of this thesis is increase in operation effectivity of chosen workplace in company XY s.r.o. Theoretical part describes methods and procedures needed for better understanding of this field, and methods and analysis needed for breaking-down current state of society. In practical part, all theoretical parts will be put into practice. The current state of workplace will be analysed and later on a project will be realized, implementing all methods and procedures mentioned. The aim of this project is complete increase in effectivity of workplace. |
