Bakalářská práce se zabývá vypovídací schopností účetních výkazů ve firmě XY, s.r.o. a jejich vlivem na řízení podniku. Je zde popsána rozvaha, výkaz zisku a ztráty, cash flow a důležité pojmy spojené s finanční analýzou, jako je rentabilita, aktivita, zadluženost, likvidita a jejich vzájemné matematické vazby. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická analýzou rozvah, výkazů zisků a ztrát, poměrovými ukazateli a zkoumáním finančního zdraví. V závěru jsou výsledky finanční situace firmy XY, s.r.o. zhodnoceny a je vypracován soubor doporučení pro další působení podniku na trhu. |

My thesis analyses the effectiveness of accounting records for compiling reports in a company, XY Ltd, and the impact of these reports on running the company. Described within are balance sheets, income statement, cash flow and other important terms linked to finan-cial analysis, such as profitability, activity, indebtedness, liquidity and their mathematical relationships. The theoretical section is followed by a practical one which deals with the analysis of balance sheets, income statement, ratio indicators and the investigation of the financial health of the company. In the conclusion the results of the financial analysis of the company are evaluated and a summary of recommendations is presented. |
