Disertační práce se zabývá možnostmi aplikace principů celostní kompetentnosti managementu do personální praxe malých a středních podniků, nacházejících se na území Zlínského kraje. Reaguje tak na celospolečensky aktuální problematiku (ne)kompetentnosti manažerů podniků a poukazuje na nezbytnost zajištění efektivního výběru vhodných kandidátů na manažerské pozice využíváním principů celostní kompetentnosti managementu, a to již v procesu výběrových řízení. Hlavním cílem disertační práce je, na základě analýzy aktuálně dostupných teoretických poznatků v oblasti celostního managementu a terénního výzkumu, vypracovat návrh aplikace principů konceptu modelu celostní kompetentnosti managementu do procesu výběrových řízení v podmínkách malých a středních podniků na území Zlínského kraje. |

The dissertation deals with the options of applying the principless of holistic competence of management to the Human Resources practises in an environment of small and medium enterprises in the Zlín Region. It responds to the current problems of society as a whole, the in/competence of managers of enterprises and it also highlights the need to ensure the effective selection of suitable candidates for managerial positions using the principles of holistic competency of management in the process of tendering. The main aim of the dissertation is based on an analysis of currently available theoretical knowledge in the field of holistic management and field research to develop a proposal for the application of the principles of holistic expertise in tendering process within the management positions in terms of small and medium-sized enterprises in the territory of the Zlín Region. |
