Obsahem této diplomové práce je návrh neúvěrového financování firmy BaK cnc, s.r.o., zhodnocení její finanční situace, její možnosti získání zdrojů pomocí neúvěrového financo-vání a navržení portfolia. Teoretická část je zaměřena na objasnění významu podnikových financování s důrazem na cíle finančního řízení, finanční rozhodování a možné zdroje financování potřeb podniku. Na závěr je vysvětlena problematika neúvěrových zdrojů jako je leasing, faktoring a forfaiting. V praktické části je věnována pozornost analýze finančního zdraví firmy s využitím ukazate-lů finanční analýzy, její zhodnocení a navržení portfolia pro získání prostředků pomocí ne-úvěrových zdrojů ve firmě BaK cnc, s.r.o. |

The topic of this diploma project is The project of the noncredit financing of the company BaK cnc, s.r.o., its financial situation evaluation, its possibilities of obtaiting sources by the help of noncredit financing and the proposition of portfolio. The theoretical part is focused on the clarification of business financing meaning with em-phasis on goals of financial management, the financial determination and the possible sour-ce of company needs financing. In conclusion there is explained an issue of the noncredit sources such as leasing, factoring and forfaiting. In the analytical part I appropriated an attention of company's financial health with using the financial analysis results, its eva-luation and proposition of portfolio for obtaining funds by the help of noncredit financial sources in the company BaK cnc. s.r.o. |
