Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím benchmarkingu pro zvýšení výkonnosti společnosti P-D Refractories CZ a.s. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. Teoretická část obsahuje literární průzkum, který je zaměřen na podstatu a měření výkonnosti a dále na samotný pojem benchmarkingu. Důležitost teorie je porovnána se skutečným stavem ve firmě. Na základě diplomové praxe a finanční analýzy podniků, která byla zaměřena právě na výkonnost podniku, došlo k potvrzení či vyvrácení teoretických východisek, které byly na začátku stanoveny. Získané informace z analytické části dále vedly k závěrečnému projektu, návrhům a opatřením. |

This thesis engages in utilisation of benchmarking for increase of P-D Refractories CZ a.s. company productivity and it is divided into three parts. The theoretical part includes a literary research, which is concentrated on the productivity nature and measuring and also on the notion of benchmarking. The theory importance is compared with the real situation in the firm. On the basis of the diploma practice and the company financial analysis, which was concentrated precisely on the firm productivity, the previously determined theoretical solutions were confirmed or disaproved. The information obtained from the analytical part led further to the final project, suggestions and acquisitions. |
