Tato práce v teoretické části shrnuje problematiku péče o dětskou pokožku, konkrétně o plenkovou oblast a poukazuje na možné choroby v této oblasti, zejména na opruzeniny. Následně byly popsány možnosti ošetření, kde byla věnována pozornost účinkům kosmetických přípravků s obsahem panthenolu. Ve spolupráci s firmou Omega Pharma a. s. byla v praktické části provedena senzorická analýza nově vyvinutých formulací krémů proti opruzeninám. Mezi vlastnostmi testovaných přípravků byly nalezeny signifikantní rozdíly v barvě a vzhledu, roztíratelnosti a textuře. |

Theoretical part of this work summarizes the problems of children's skin care, specifically the diaper area and points to possible diseases in this area, diaper rash in particular. This part is followed by a description of treatment options with focus on the effects of cosmetic products containing panthenol. For products under development provided by Omega Pharma s. s. was in the practical part of this work performed sensory analysis. Between the properties of the tested products were significant differences in color and appearance, spreadability and texture. |
