Práce se zabývá fyzikálně mechanickými a biofyzikálními vlastnostmi stárnoucí pokožky. V praktické části byl studován vliv kosmetických přípravků s revitalizačním efektem na hydrataci, transepidermální ztrátu vody, pH, obsah kožního mazu a elasticitu pokožky. Složení testovaných přípravků vykazovalo pozitivní vliv na hydrataci, transepidermální ztrátu vody i úpravu pH a promaštěnost pokožky. Nebyl však zaznamenán jejich vliv na opětovné zvýšení elasticity stárnoucí pleti. |

The work deals with physico-mechanical and biophysical properties of the aged skin. In the practical part, an effect of creams with revitalizing effect on the hydration, transepidermal water loss, pH and sebum content in the skin and elasticity was examined. Composition of tested creams showed a positive effect on the hydration, tranepidermal water loss, pH and sebum content in the skin. There was however no effect of selected creams to increase elas-ticity of aging skin. |
