Táto práca sa zaoberá zavedením vybraných nástrojov finančného controllingu do konkrétne-ho podniku. Na začiatku bolo potrebné zanalyzovať podnik ako taký, vrátane jeho konku-rentov, dodávateľov a zákazníkov a zároveň aj makroekonomické okolie podniku. Významná časť je venovaná súčasnému stavu finančnej situácie a zhodnoteniu činností súvisiacich s controllingom uskutočňovaných v podniku. Na základe analýz boli zistené nedostatky v niektorých činnostiach, ktorých odstránením, so zavedením konkrétnych nástrojov control-lingu, sa venuje projektová časť tejto práce. |

ABSTRACT The aim of this thesis is to implement the key elements of financial controlling into specific company. At the beginning it was necessary to analyze the current situation of the company; the analyses focus on competitors, suppliers and customers as well as on macroeconomic envi-ronment of the company. The main focus is on the present financial situation and on the eva-luation of the tasks connected with controlling in the company. While doing the analyses there were found out some limitations of the present activities. Project part deals particularly with solving these limitations by implementing accurate elements of controlling in the company's activities. |
