Diplomová práca sa zaoberá talent manažmentom v spoločnosti XY. Cieľom teoretickej časti diplomovej práce je spracovať literárnu rešerš z oblasti talent manažmentu a na jej základe formulovať teoretické východiska pre spracovanie praktickej časti. Cieľom praktickej časti je analyzovať súčasný stav talent manažmentu v spoločnosti XY a následne zhodnotiť prednosti a nedostatky tohto systému. V rámci analýzy je využitý kvalitatívny výskum formou interview. Získané výsledky sú implementované do spracovania projektu zameraného na zlepšenie talent manažmentu v spoločnosti XY. Súčasťou projektu je taktiež ekonomická náročnosť, analýza rizík a prínosy spojené s realizáciou projektu. |

This thesis deals with the improvement of talent management in the company XY. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is to prepare literature research in the area of talent man-agement and on the basis to formulate a theoretical basis for the practical part. The aim of the practical part of thesis is to analyze the current state of talent management in the com-pany XY and assess the advantages and disadvanatges of the system. The analysis used the qualitative research based on interview. The results are implemented in the processing of a project focused on improving talent management in the company XY. The project also including its economic performance, risk analysis and benefits associated with the implementation of the project. |
