Předmětem této diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodný systém pro měření a řízení firmy TON, a.s. Úkolem teoretické části je zpracovat teoretické poznatky vztahující se k problematice měření a řízení výkonnosti podniku. Poté z těchto poznatků pomocí srovnání ukazatelů nalézt vhodný koncept pro budoucí řízení výkonnosti zkoumaného podniku. V praktické části bude nejprve představena charakteristika firmy a odvětví a následně provedena analýza vývoje hospodaření podniku pomocí ukazatelů vybraných z teoretické části. Na závěr bude navržen koncept pro měření a řízení výkonnosti TON, a.s, vymezeny strategie a budoucí rozvoj firmy. |

The aim of this thesis is to project a suitable measurement and control system in the company TON, a.s. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the academic knowledge relating to the measurement and control of a company's performance. Further, based on the above information and on the comparison of various indicators, a proper concept for the future performance control system in the company is proposed.The practical part of the thesis firstly presents you the characteristic of the company and of the industry sector. Consequently, the assessment of the future company's economy is done according to those indicators which were selected from the theoretical part. Finally, the concept of the measurement and control of the company's performance is proposed and the strategy of the company, as well as its future development, is specified. |
