dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná diplomová práce je rozvržena do dvou hlavních částí. První část práce tvoří teoretickou základnu prolínající se diplomovou prací. Druhá část práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, část analytickou a část projektovou. Analytická část uvádí charakteristiku firmy Hamé, a.s. a analýzu současného stavu se zaměřením na skladování a distribuci. Cílem projektové části je navrhnout, při stávajícím stavu, opatření vedoucí k úspoře nákladů na dopravu. V navýšení obalů autor vidí možnost úspor v souvislosti se skladováním a distribucí. V závěru projektové části autor provedl výpočet výše úspor po navýšení a navrhl firmě doporučení pro realizaci.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master's thesis is classified into two main parts. The first part includes the theoretical base which is permeated the whole thesis. The second part is divided into two main parts, analytical and project. The company Hamé a.s. characteristics and analysis of present state with a view to storage and distribution is contained in the analytical part of the thesis. The aim of project part is elimination of risks of transport packages increasing, it means pallets using by the company Hamé for storage and distribution and the determination of appropriate consumer packages for increasing. There are possibilities for savings in connection with storage and distribution in increasing of packages. There is calculation of saving amount after the increasing and the proposal for the company for realization in the last part of master's thesis.	en
