Tato bakalářská práce hodnotí hospodaření obce Všemina v letech 2002 - 2005. Teoretická část je zaměřena na objasnění pojmu obce a jejího rozpočtu, majetkové a finanční struktury obce. V návaznosti na teoretickou část byla provedena analýza majetku a zdrojů krytí, analýza plnění rozpočtu příjmů a výdajů. Jsou zde použity také některé ukazatele běžné finanční analýzy, které se dají uplatnit i v oblasti územních samosprávných celků. |

This evaluates the management of Všemina village from 2002 to 2005. The theoretical part is aimed to clarify the terms the community and its budgeted costs, the structure of possession and the structure of the sources of the covering. The resultant of this theoretical part; the analysis of the possession and the sources of covering, is the analyses of the budget performance of receipts and expenditures. There certain factors (coefficients) used in the usual financial analysis, which can be used in the area of municipalities. |
