Personality of Tomas Bata in his Handwriting

Abstract

This contribution describes the personality of Tomas Bata on the basis of graphological analysis, for which letters from the year 1905 witten in ink were used. Already in his early years Tomas Bata is presented as an ambitious, aspiring man with a very strong personality characterized by certain uncompromisingness. He was a man, who based on his experience and knowledge, insisted on his positions and principles. He knew how to exploit other people's ideas. His handwriting characterizes him as a man of exact communication, who had great courage to risk and undertake a business. This is the first evaluation of Tomas Bata based on modern graphological studies.
