dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je poskytnout lékaři v ambulantní ordinaci intuitivní, robustní a spolehlivý nástroj pro evidenci pacientů, zadání provedených úkonů a jejich vyúčtování zdravotním pojišťovnám. Obsahuje základní funkčnost pro lékaře jakékoliv specializace. Pro tvůrce nejenom tohoto softwaru jsou zde vytvořeny základní softwarové komponenty pro práci s daty na dialogových formulářích, což velice zjednodušuje tvorbu těchto dialogových oken. Tyto komponenty jsou použity ve všech částech aplikace. Nutnou podmínkou pro tvorbu lékařského softwaru je seznámení se s problematikou lékařské praxe, která je zde zmíněna. Možnou cestou dalšího vývoje tohoto softwaru je rozšiřování o funkčnosti pro jednotlivé specializace lékařů a zejména v dnešní době velice populární bezpečné elektronické komunikace s úřady, v tomto případě se zdravotními pojišťovnami. Pro tvorbu programového kódu byl zvolen nástroj Microsoft Visual Studio 2012, jazyk C# s knihovnami .NET framework verze 4, jako úložiště dat pak byla zvolena databáze Microsoft Access 2007 z důvodu snadné instalace na cílové počítače.	en

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to provide to physicians in ambulation intuitive, robust and reliable instrument for patient records, enter the operations conducted and make the billing for health insurers. Software includes the basic functionality for all physician specializations. Basic software components are created for working with data on a dialog forms which greatly simplifies the creation of these dialog windows. These components are used in all parts of the application. For the creation of medical software was necessary to become acquainted with the problems of medical practice. A possible way of further development of this software is to expand the functionality for each physician specialty and secure electronic communication with the authorities, in this case health insurance. For creation of the program code has been selected the Microsoft Visual Studio 2012, C # language with libraries .NET Framework version 4 and the Microsoft Access 2007 as the data store, because of easy installation on the target computer.	en
