dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce na téma ,,Vnější bezpečnost státu a úkoly Armády České republiky při jejím naplňování" je zpracování koncepčního návrhu 102. průzkumného praporu 53.bPzEB při neúčasti vojáků v zahraničních operacích. V teoretické části práce se opírám o základní pojmy bezpečnost, hrozby a rizika, ústavní zákon o bezpečnosti České republiky č.110/1998 Sb. a zákon č. 222/1999 Sb. o zajišťování obrany České republiky. Řeším pojem zajištění obrany, nalezneme zde i základní dokumenty pro zajištění bezpečnosti státu. Dalším oddílem je rozdělení operací a jejich členění. V praktické části zde nalezneme základní informace o 102.pzpr a jeho složení. Jsou zde posuzována možná rizika České republiky a rizika 102. průzkumného praporu při neúčasti v zahraničních operacích a následné vytvoření koncepčního návrhu 102. průzkumného praporu se způsobem plnění hlavních úkolů, které nevyžadují přípravu do zahraničních operací.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the work, and external national security tasks of the army of the Czech Republic in its pursuit of '' processing is conceptual design 102. reconnaissance battalion 53. bPzEB in the non-participation of soldiers in foreign operations. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I base on the basic concepts of security, threats and risks, the constitutional law on the safety of the Czech Republic No. 110/1998 Coll. and Act No. 222/1999 Coll., on ensuring the defence of the Czech Republic. I'm dealing with the concept of ensuring the defence, can be found here, as well as basic documents to ensure the security of the State. The next section is a division of operations and their breakdown. In the practical part we find here basic information about 102. pzpr and its composition. There are assessed the potential risks of the Czech Republic and the risk of 102. reconnaissance battalion in non-participation in foreign operations, and the subsequent creation of a conceptual design 102. reconnaissance battalion to the implementation of the major tasks that do not require trai-ning to foreign operations.	en
