Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jak dekontaminací při radiační havárii, tak hlavně dekontaminací při úniku průmyslových škodlivin s využitím sil a prostředků Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy s legislativou. Tato část je rozdělena na všeobecnou dekontaminaci, na radioaktivní havárii, na klasifikaci a značení nebezpečných chemických látek a v poslední části se zabývá Hasičským záchranným sborem. V praktické části je popsána charakteristika vybrané nebezpečné chemické látky. Za pomoci specializovaného softwaru TerEx je modelována havárie cisterny převážející nebezpečnou chemickou látku. Určuje rozsah nutné evakuace obyvatelstva. Důležitou částí této práce je způsob uspořádání dekontaminačního stanoviště, použití prostředků pro dekontaminaci nebezpečné chemické látky a zabránění dalšímu úniku a šíření této látky. V závěru je vyhodnocení použitých sil a prostředků Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky a dalších základních složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. |

This thesis bachelor thesis deals with the decontamination of radiation accident, mainly decontamination in the release of industrial pollutants using the forces and means of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of the legislation. This section is divided into general decontamination, the radioactive disaster, the classification and labelling of hazardous chemicals and the last part deals with the Fire Brigade. In the practical part, there are selected hazardous chemicals described. With the help of specialized software Terex, the accident of tanker carrying hazardous chemicals is modelled. It determines the extent necessary evacuation. The important part of this work is a way of organizing decontamination stations, the use of funds for decontamination of hazardous chemicals and preventing further release and spread of this substance. In conclusion, there is an assessment of the forces and means of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and other essential components of the Integrated Rescue System. |
