Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru na výstavbu garáží v lokalitě Pod Žamboškou, Vsetín. Teoretická část je věnována rozboru literárních pramenů týkajících se problematiky jednotlivých procesů při realizaci podnikatelského záměru, hodnocení investic, formami financování, finanční analýzou, definicí a hodnocením rizik. V praktické části je zpracován podnikatelský záměr výstavby garáží pro konkrétní lokalitu. Zahrnující analýzu lokálního trhu, marketingový, finanční a časový plán realizace a analýzu rizikových faktorů. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit hranice realizovatelnosti podnikatelského záměru a definovat jeho možná rizika. |

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the processing of a business plan for the development of garages in the area Pod Žamboškou, Vsetín. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of the literature which is concerned on problem of individual processes during the implementation of the business plan, investment evaluation, forms of financing, financial analysis, definitions and risk assessment. The practical part contains a business plan to build a garage for a particular location. This part includes an analysis of the local market, marketing, financial and time plan of realization and analysis of risk factors. The main objective of this thesis is to determine boundaries of feasibility of the business plan and define its possible risks. |
