dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce zpracovaná na téma Návrh na zlepšení interní komunikace ve vybrané organizaci se zabývá problematikou průběhu a úrovně komunikačního procesu v organizaci. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, proces a vlastní systém komunikace, její jednotlivé druhy, zásady, nástroje a překážky komunikace. Praktická část byla zaměřena na průzkum a analýzu komunikace organizace pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na závěr jsou v práci uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, které by měly vést ke zlepšení interní komunikace v organizaci.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor project elaborated of subject Suggestion for Improving of Internal Communication in Selected Organization is dealing with problems of course and level of communications process in the organization. The basic terms, process and own system of communication with single kind of communication, principles, tools and obstacles of communication are explained in the theoretical part. The practical part was aimed at the search and analysis of organization communication via questionnaire enquiry. The proposals and recommendations leading to improvement of internal communication in the organization are stated in the conclusion of project.	en
