Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením vhodnosti zavedení systému managementu kvality ve firmě Lignis s.r.o. Skládá se ze dvou hlavních částí a přiložené dokumentace. Teoretická část práce specifikuje literární studie, definuje nástroje systému managementu kvality, popisuje jejich jednotlivé složky. Praktická část dokumentuje popis současného stavu ve firmě Lignis s.r.o., analýzu a doporučení pro zlepšení systému managementu kvality. V příloze předkládám dokumentaci, která je již schválená, zavedená a používána. |

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the implementation of a quality management sys-tem in the company Lignis Ltd. It consists of two main parts, the accompanying documentation.
