dc.description.abstract	V této bakalářské práci se budu zabývat analýzou řízení nákupu a skladových zásob v obchodním podniku BUTTON, s.r.o. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na nákup, výběr dodavatele, řízení a klasifikaci zásob, definice logistiky. Začátkem praktické části charakterizuji společnost a uvedu sortiment zboží. Ve zbytku práce provedu analýzy, dle teoretické části a vyhodnocení výsledků.	cs
