dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku analýzy a řízení rizik v konkrétním podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku rizik a jejich klasifikaci, popisuje základní přístupy k analýze rizik a metody jejich zvládání. V praktické části je představen analyzovaný podnik a je provedena analýza jeho současných podnikatelských rizik. Na základě vyhodnocení provedené analýzy jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení stavu podniku v problematických oblastech.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's work deals with the problematics of analysis of risks and risk management in the background of a concrete enterprise. Its theoretical part consists of both, the characteristics of risks and their classification. It discribes the fundamental approaches to the analysis of risks and the methods of managing them. In the practical part it is introduced an analyzed enterprise and it is conducted the analysis of its current entrepreneurial risks. Based on the evaluation of the conducted analysis there are suggested measures of how to improve the state of the enterprise in its problematic areas.	en
