Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Analýza konkurenceschopnosti ve firmě BLOCK, a.s. Cílem práce bylo shromáždění údajů a informací především z finanční sféry podniku, analýza těchto dat a na základě provedených analýz navrhnutí možných změn v rámci dosažení optimálnějšího finančního řízení. Celá práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Jako první je zpracována část teoretická, a to formou literární rešerše se zaměřením na použité analýzy SWOT a Porter, a také nástroje finanční analýzy. V praktické části je představena společnost BLOCK, a.s. Byla zde zpracována SWOT analýza, Porterova analýza pěti sil, dále také jednotlivé finanční ukazatele hodnotící podnikovou výkonost. Závěrem jsou uvedena navrhovaná doporučení. |

My bachelor thesis is written about the topic Analysis of the competitiveness in company BLOCK, Jsc. The objective of the work is gather data and information, especially from the financial sector of company, analysis these data and based on the analyzes suggest possible changes to achieve more optimal competitiveness of company. The whole work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first theoretical part is written like a literature review focusing on the used SWOT and Porter analysis and tools of financial analysis. The practical part introduced the company BLOCK, Jsc. There is used a SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and various financial indicators evaluating business production rate. A proposed improvement is written in conclusion. |
