dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma Optimalizace logistických nákladů v podniku je věnována oblasti skladového hospodářství v konkrétním podniku se změněným názvem. V první části je uveden popis systému skladování hotových výrobků a analýzou nákladů jsou zjištěny konkrétní nedostatky ve skladovém hospodářství. Na základě výsledků analýz a analýzy ABC jsou navrhnuty opatření, které by snížily náklady na zásoby a jejich skladování.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main topic of this bachelor's thesis is Logistic costs optimization, particularly the part regarding to stock holding in the concretely plant, to witch was changed the company name for purposes of this assignment. First part is focused on a completed products stocking description, where are analyzed all expenditures and determined shortages. All detections were used in the final part of this thesis in order to propose a corrective actions cutting down the cost.	en
