Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza stavu ochrany osobních údajů v činnosti vysokých škol, zjištění nedostatků v ochraně soukromí studentů a návrh změn, aby byla činnost vysoké školy plně v souladu s právní úpravou zákona o ochraně osobních údajů. V této práci bude popsán stav právní úpravy ochrany osobních údajů v České republice, tato právní úprava bude aplikována na konkrétní činnosti vysokých škol a současně budou prezentovány ekonomické a právní dosahy ochrany osobních údajů pro vysokou školu. V praktické části práce bude analyzován stav činností Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně (a pro komparaci také Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci), na které dopadá právní úprava zákona o ochraně osobních údajů, dále budou identifikovány nedostatky v ochraně osobních údajů a navrženy změny zohledňující právní i ekonomické aspekty problematiky. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the state of privacy in university activities, to find lack of privacy of students and to suggest changes in order to turn activities of the university fully in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data. In this thesis, a state of legislation on the protection of personal data in the Czech Republic will be described, this legislation will be applied to specific university activities and at the same time, economic and legal implications of personal data protection for the university will be presented. In the practical part of this thesis, an analysis will be carried out concerning the state of activities of Tomas Bata University in Zlín (and for comparison also those of Palacky University in Olomouc) which are affected by the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, then weaknesses in the protection of personal data will be identified and changes reflecting the legal and economic aspects of this issue will be proposed. |
