dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma Úpadek a formy jeho řešení u obchodních společností je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá úpadkem a způsoby jeho řešení a to především konkursem a reorganizací a to jak z účetního, tak i z daňového hle-diska. V praktické části je uvedena analýza společností, které řeší úpadek jak konkursem, tak reorganizací. Analýza zahrnuje samotný postup insolvenčního řízení a také účetní a daňové aspekty v průběhu insolvenčního řízení. Cílem této práce je popsat úpadek a formy jeho řešení a to i z účetního a daňového hlediska.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis about bankruptcy and forms of its solution for corporate companies is divided int theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with bankruptcy and forms of its solution, especially by audition and reorganization, from an accounting and tax perspective. The practical part is an analysis of companies that are dealing with bankruptcy by an audition and reorganization as well. The an alysis includes the very procedure of insol-vency proceedings and the accountant and tax aspects over the insolvency-proceedings.
