dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem přijímání zaměstnanců. Teoretická část bakalářské práce si klade za cíl stanovit základní potřebné teoretické poznatky z oblasti procesu přijímání zaměstnanců, na jejichž základě je potom umožněno vytvářet praktickou část. Praktická část si následně klade za cíl analyzovat současný stav procesu přijímání nových zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY a na základě této analýzy jsou následně navržena zlepšení, která mají za cíl zkvalitnit proces přijímání nových zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY.	cs
