Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza nákladového řízení a kalkulačního systému ve stavební firmě XY. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které se vztahují k analýze nákladů, jejich členění, alokaci nákladů a dále pak kalkulacím, kalkulačním metodám a rozpočetnictví. V praktické části je zahrnuto představení společnosti, další část je věnována analýze nákladů z pohledu jejich členění a řízení ve společnosti. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlep-šení řízení nákladů a optimalizaci kalkulačního systému ve společnosti. |

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is the analysis of cost management and calculating system in the construction company XY. There are two parts of Bachelor thesis, the theoretical and practical. In the theoretical section explains the basic concepts related to cost analysis, their classification, cost allocation and further calculations, calculation methods and budgeting. The practical part includes introduction of the company, the next section is devoted to the analysis of costs in terms of their structure and management of the company. Finally, the proposals to improve cost control and optimization of calculating system in the company. |
