dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma ?Optimalizace zásob v podniku? byla zpracována na základě spolupráce s firmou Dura-Line s.r.o., sídlící v Tlumačově. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice pojmů typických pro zásobování, praktická část se zabývá popisem činnosti firmy, aktuálním stavem zásob, následnou analýzou a doporučením pro efektivnější řízení stavu zásob ve skladu příslušenství. Podstatou této práce je seznámení a především proniknutí do způsobu řízení zásob a stavu zásobování, analýzou a stanovením optimálních řešení v oblasti řízení a výše zásob, především v již zmíněném skladu příslušenství.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis "Optimization of inventory in the company" has been prepared on the basis of cooperation with Dura-Line Ltd., based in Tlumacov. The theoretical part is devoted to Terms of typical characteristics of supply, the practical part describes the activities of the company, current inventory levels, followed by analysis and recommendations for effective management of inventory in the warehouse accessories. The essence of this work is to present a particularly insight into the way of inventory management and supply situation, analysis and determination of optimal solutions for the management and the amount of stocks, particularly in the above-mentioned storage accessories.	en
