dc.description.abstract	Táto diplomová práca je zameraná na aplikovanie metódy SMED v konfekčnej výrobe spoločnosti na výrobu pneumatík. Keďže v práci je množstvo detailov, spoločnosť si z dôvodu konkurencie schopnosti, neželala byt konkretizovaná. Samotná práca je rozdelená na 2 hlavné časti. V teoretickej časti vytváram východisko pre časť praktickú. V rámci teoretickej časti sa zaoberám samotnou pneumatikou, procesmi jej výroby, produktivitou a plytvaním, štíhlou výrobou a metódou SMED. V praktickej časti analyzujem pracovisko a celkový súčasný stav zmeny rozmeru na kon-fekčnom stroji. Ďalej navrhnem riešenia samotnej výmeny, podložím ich výsledkami ana-lýzy a pripravím postup zavedenia a pokúsim sa navrhnúť ešte niekoľko vylepšení ktoré majú nepriamo či už priamo alebo nepriamo vplyv na časový interval zmeny rozmeru.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the application of the method SMED in series production company for the production of tyres.
