dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce na téma ?Zavedení MRP v podniku? je zpracování teore-tických poznatků a popis jejich využití při zavádění systému řízení výroby v existujícím výrobním podniku. V teoretické části jsou zmíněny základní prvky metody MRP a požadavky této metody na výrobní podnik. Dále jsou zde uvedeny požadavky na zavádění systému do podniku. V praktické části je popsán postup od schválení projektu v podniku až po jeho úplné spuštění do provozu. Díky zavedení systému MRP se snížily náklady na skladování, výrobu a byl eliminován problém s nejasnými objednávkami. Zkrátila se také průběžná doba výroby.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this Bachelor?s thesis with topic ?Implementation of MRP in the Company? is processing of theoretical knowledge and description of their utilizing while implementing the system of the manufacture management in the given enterprise. In the theoretical part, there are mentioned basic elements of the MRP method and requirements of this method on manufacturing company. Furthermore there are noticed requirements on implementing of the system into the company. In the practical part, there is described progress from approving the project to its? complete setting up into process. Due to implementing the MRP system were decreased manufacturing and stock costs and there was almost solved the problem of unclear orders. Also was shortened gross manufacturing period.	en
