Tato diplomová práce se zabývá reportingem výroby ve společnosti Meopta ? optika, s.r.o. V teoretické části je nastíněna podstata a důležitost výrobního reportingu s důrazem na propojení s controllingem a datovými zdroji, z kterých vychází. Analytická část je zaměřena na popis stávajícího stavu, pro který byla využita možnost referenčních návštěv v dalších dvou výrobních podnicích. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsou navrhnuty dva nezávislé projekty týkající se unifikace výrobních reportů a upgradu modulu Výroba v Bussines Navigation System. |

The thesis focuses on production reporting at Meopta ? optika, s.r.o. The theoretical section demonstrates the nature and importance of production reporting, with an emphasis on necessary synergies with the controlling department and data sources, on which produ-ction reporting is based on. The analytical section describes the existing condition at Meopta. A comparison and reference of two other manufacturing companies visits is outlined. Based on the identified deficiencies in Meopta, the thesis suggests two independent projects related to the unification of production reports and the upgrade the production module in the Bussines Navigation System. |
