Ústředním tématem předložené diplomové práce je možnost rozšíření služeb Domova pro seniory Loučka o další fakultativní služby. První kapitola teoretické části objasňuje problematiku sociálních služeb. Pozornost je věnována členění, financování, ale i kvalitě sociálních služeb. Popsán je také marketing v sociálních službách a specifika řízení organizací poskytující tyto služby. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku organizace samotné a analýzy současného stavu a prostředí, ve kterém se organizace pohybuje. Následuje dotazníkové šetření, které obsahuje údaje o spokojenosti klientů s poskytovanými službami. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření je zpracován projekt na rozšíření fakultativních služeb. V závěru projektu jsou uvedeny jednotlivé akční plány. Praktickou část uzavírají analýzy - časová, nákladová a riziková. |

The diploma thesis deals with extension of services of Home for elderly Loučka with the next optional services. The first chapter deals with social services. The attention is focused on structure, financing and qualities of social services. There are also describe marketing in social services and specifics in management of organisations offered these services. The practical part presents the characteristic of organisation and analysis of the current situation and it's surroundings. The survey with the figures about clients satisfaction with offer services, fellows next. Bases on the analysis results is developed project about extention of optional services. At the end of this project there are stated particular action plans, time, cost and risk analysis. |
