dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá řešením nezaměstnanosti problémové skupiny (osob se zdravotním postižením) ve Zlínském kraji. Cílem této práce je podpořit osoby se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce a tím snížit jejich nezaměstnanost. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny poznatky týkající se nezaměstnanosti, trhu práce a politiky zaměstnanosti. Obsahem praktické části je stručná charakteristika Zlínského kraje, analýzy nezaměstnanosti ve Zlínském kraji a vytipování problémových skupin uchazečů o zaměstnání. Závěrečná projektová část je věnována projektu pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Součástí tohoto projektu je časová, nákladová a riziková analýza.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Diploma thesis deals with solving the unemployment of a problematic group (people with disabilities) in the Zlin region. The goal of the diploma thesis is to support people with disabilities in the labor market and reduce their unemployment. The theoretical part inc-ludes the findings from the sphere of unemployment, labor market and employment policy. The practical part contains the brief characteristics in the Zlin region, the unemployment analysis in the Zlin region and the indication to problematic groups of job applicants.
